Where: Middlesex Fells Reservation, Healthy Heart Trail

Meeting Location: 26 South Ave., Melrose (Laura Canter’s home)

Parking: On-street parking at South Ave or tandem park in Laura’s driveway

MISC: Approximately 60 minute walk, starting on sidewalks from Laura’s house. The whole walk will be about 2.5 miles. Please dress for walking on trails in the woods. Recommend sturdy footwear and a walking stick if you have them (Laura has a few extras). Laura will provide hot beverages and a snack at her home afterward.
